Brief Note: Delite Cinema was opened to public on 30th April 1954 and known as the tallest building of Delhi established on one of the city’s most expensive plot. The Delite Diamond Hall was added as another Movie Hall within the Delite Cinema Theatre in view of the growing trend of Multiplex screen cinemas in the City. The Hall is fully air conditioned and features Belgium Crystal Handles on the Door; hand painted Dome, hand crafted Egyptian Carpet with heavy wooden carvings, Brocade Seating and imported Chandeliers. It is fitted with state of the art equipments and the latest technology imported from the USA including Projectors, Digital Dolby Sound Systems, Harkness ScreensTM, Xenon lamp and many more. It is also equipped with 100% power backup features a luxury fine dining restaurant named ‘Bhaja Govindam’ that serves a variety of cuisines ranging from North Indian fare to South Indian fare along with a variety of snacks. This Dining facility is set in a luxurious and very comfortable environment situated within the precincts of Delite Cinema Theatre.
